materials & techniques: assorted natural and synthetic yarns on a single bed knitting machine 
techniques used include knit weaving, ladders, verticle transfers, horizontal transfers, and lacing to create samples that can be used to explore how negative space, such as the spaces in lace, or in laddered latticework can drape on the body and how skin color reflects through can impact the manner in which such textiles are perceived and received.
